About Us
A traditional, family run hotel next to the stunning Almiros Beach. This peaceful location is only 2km from the centre of Agios Nikolaos and sits beside the picturesque Almiros River with its abundance of wildlife and natural beauty. A perfect location for those who prefer a relaxed, friendly environment coupled with traditional Cretan hospitality found in smaller hotels.
Our comfortable accommodation is situated conveniently next to the famous sandy (Blue Flag) Almiros beach which has water sport facilities, sun beds and a coastline path leading to the centre of town.

Accommodation
Our comfortable accommodation offers 19 rooms/suites ranging from twin/double bedded, triple/quadruple bedded large family rooms. Each room is fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathroom and is equipped with fridge and satellite television.
Our large family rooms can also sleep up to 4/5 and our spacious one bedroom suites sleeps three or four. All units have a private balcony/terrace with garden or pool view.
Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel, not just in public areas.
Our room rates (including breakfast) start from as little as:
- €65 per night in low season (1 April - 15 May, 1 October - 3 November)
- €75 per night in mid season (16 May - 30 June)
- €85 per night in high season (1 July - 30 September)
Facilities
We offer our guests the perfect place to unwind in peaceful surroundings by the hotel swimming pool furnished with free sun beds and parasols. A relaxing pool bar serving drinks with a snack menu available all day. The beautiful stoned walled restaurant overlooks the pool area and at night comes alive with the sound of Cretan music and the aromas of delicious traditional food cooked in a wood oven. You can choose to dine inside with full air-conditioning or al fresco around the pool. Lunch and dinner buffet is offered daily with a menu to suit all tastes.
The hotel has a sitting room with a selection of books and games. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
We will be more than happy to arrange a car rental for you to collect upon your arrival at the airport or to be waiting for you at the hotel.
We can organise Diving excursions for beginners or experienced divers with PADI instructors. If it's a private boat trip for fishing or just cruising that you would like, we can arrange it for you. Bicycle, scooter or motorbike rental can be delivered to the hotel for your convenience.
Complimentary car parking is available for all our guests.
The local bus service runs a regular service to and from the town. Also local taxi services are available 24 hours.

Area Around Naiades Almiros River Hotel
In the vicinity of the hotel there are many beautiful beaches. Heading East will take you to Ammoudara Beach (2km) and the three absolutely stunning beaches in Istron are a further 4km. Sightseeing And Hiking
Archaeological sites are in abundance in the surrounding area of Naiades Almiros River Hotel, such as the ancient city Lato and Panagia Kera, a Byzantine church from the 13th century, with medieval wall paintings.
